1. About Our Services
heirwelleed offers group educational workshops and a community membership focused on estate records organisation and family communication. Our services include:
- Records Inventory Workshop — a group session on organising and labelling family documents, at ฿3,500 per participant
- Family Conversation Workshop — a facilitated group session on open family communication about wishes and intentions, at ฿11,000 per participant
- Archive Membership — a 12-month membership providing access to a resource library, templates, and community sessions, at ฿30,500 per year
All services are delivered at group level. Sessions take place in Bangkok or as otherwise communicated at the time of booking.
2. Non-Advisory Nature
heirwelleed's workshops and materials are strictly educational and organisational in nature. Nothing provided by heirwelleed — including session content, templates, guides, or written materials — constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, estate planning, or any other professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for individual advice on matters relating to estate planning, wills, inheritance, taxation, or any other specialist area. heirwelleed facilitators are not licenced advisers and do not act in that capacity.
By participating in any heirwelleed service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
3. Registration & Eligibility
To register for a workshop or membership, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate registration information
- Complete payment as described in Section 4
heirwelleed reserves the right to decline a registration where it determines in good faith that the service is not appropriate for the individual, or where session capacity has been reached.
4. Payment
Payment is required to confirm a workshop place or activate a membership. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment methods and instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
Your place or membership is not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by heirwelleed.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
By participants
- More than 14 days before the session: Full refund, less any payment processing costs.
- 7–14 days before the session: 50% refund or transfer to a future session of equal value.
- Less than 7 days before the session: No refund, but a transfer to a future session may be arranged at heirwelleed's discretion.

By heirwelleed
If heirwelleed needs to cancel or reschedule a session, registered participants will receive at least 5 days' notice where possible and will be offered a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Archive Membership
The Archive Membership runs for 12 months from the date of activation. It does not renew automatically. Access to membership resources and community sessions is personal and non-transferable.
heirwelleed may update, add, or adjust membership resources during the term. Members will be notified of material changes. If you choose not to continue after such a change, you may contact us to discuss your options.
Early termination of a membership does not entitle the member to a pro-rata refund unless required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through heirwelleed's workshops and membership — including worksheets, templates, guides, session recordings, and website content — are the intellectual property of heirwelleed or its content partners. You may use these materials for your personal, non-commercial family purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share heirwelleed materials without prior written consent.
8. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that disrupts its operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Transmit unsolicited communications or harmful content
- Reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission
heirwelleed may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, heirwelleed's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services or website is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
heirwelleed is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including decisions made by participants following a workshop or on the basis of any material provided. We remind all participants that our content is educational only and does not replace professional advice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
heirwelleed may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants and Archive Members by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The version date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
